Google Marketing Platform: Gemini Takes Over Campaign Management

At Google’s NewFront 2026 event, the company announced that Gemini is now embedded across Display and Video 360, introducing an AI assistant called Ads Advisor. If you run paid campaigns, Ads Advisor can take a media plan you upload, translate it into campaign setup, track creative rejections, and generate reporting summaries on demand. New YouTube creator ad formats including Creator Takeovers and Pause Ads are also now available via DV360.

HeyGen: New “Quality” Video Translation Model With Better Lip-Sync

HeyGen released a new “quality” tier for its video translation API, designed to produce more natural lip-sync and context-aware dubbing — a step up from its standard translation output. The platform also added native support for ElevenLabs V3 voices, so if you already use ElevenLabs for audio, your voice settings can now carry directly into HeyGen avatar videos without re-recording.
